As an urban business initiatives associate, Nicaela Chinnaswamy’s primary focus is the implementation of the outreach, recruitment, application and selection processes for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
Prior to ICIC, Nicaela worked on statewide and congressional political campaigns in Massachusetts where she implemented and analyzed polling data to direct campaign staff and resources to strategic regions in the district. Before politics, she worked for the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), the largest single-event athletic fundraiser in the world. At the PMC, Nicaela was responsible for developing the annual Winter Cycle program, operations for the summer ride, and IT aspects of the organization.
Nicaela is a Boston College graduate with a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Marketing.
