In her role as an urban business initiatives analyst, Lauren works with both the Inner City 100 and Santander Cultivate Small Business programs. Her focus includes the application and selection process, and the organizing and planning of events for both programs within ICIC.
Prior to ICIC, Lauren co-oped at BritishAmerican Business (BAB) in London, United Kingdom on the Public Affairs and Policy team where she assisted with transatlantic trade policy and helped to develop the Future Transatlantic Leaders Programme, an initiative sponsored by the U.S. Embassy. Before that, Lauren co-oped at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute on the Jimmy Fund Golf team, where she helped organize charitable third-party events. Lauren has also previously interned with the Massachusetts Governor’s Office, and during college worked as an undergraduate admissions counselor at Northeastern University.
Lauren graduated from Northeastern University in May 2019 with a B.A. in International Affairs and Political Science and a minor in Spanish.
