Kim Zeuli is a Senior Fellow at ICIC. Prior to transitioning to this position, Kim was Senior Vice President and Director of the Research and Advisory Practice at ICIC from 2013 through June 2018. As a Senior Fellow, Kim is responsible for managing a strategic portion of ICIC’s portfolio of advisory projects, including our partnership with JPMorgan Chase on their Small Business Forward initiative, new research catalyzing arts and culture organizations to invest in anchor strategies, and ICIC’s evaluation practice. Kim also continues to lead special research projects at ICIC, including inquiries into supporting diverse entrepreneurs in high-growth sectors. Kim will continue to grow ICIC’s food resilience work in a new venture, as well as in partnership with ICIC. She is based in Williamsburg, VA.
Kim has over 15 years of experience researching and advising on economic development issues. She has published dozens of academic and professional articles and is co-editor of the book Revitalizing American Cities (2013). Kim was a research director and business consultant with the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, D.C. and has held academic positions at the College of William and Mary, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Kentucky. A graduate of Vassar College, Kim earned a masters and doctorate in applied economics from the University of Minnesota.
