As an urban business initiatives associate, Kelsey Ray’s primary focus is the implementation of the outreach, recruitment, application and selection processes for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
Prior to ICIC, Kelsey worked as an apprentice at Nokia in Belgium where she performed an analysis on 3rd party spending, and worked with business managers to perform sales forecasts. Before that, Kelsey worked as the National Director of Business Development for AIESEC in Rwanda. There, she developed the organization’s incoming internship exchange program, conducted training seminars on professional development, sales, and team leadership, and worked on creating strategic partnerships with other organizations within Rwanda.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Texas A&M University.
