As an analyst on the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) team, Justin’s primary goal is to form and to cultivate relationships with inner city CEOs and stakeholders of the small business ecosystem.
Justin is passionate about serving disadvantaged people and communities. Before joining the ICIC team, Justin founded Camp Hope Memphis, which serves students in high-poverty and high-crime districts in Memphis. The program provides opportunities to inner city students and helps reduce the effects of the ‘summer slide.’ Justin served on State Farm’s Youth Advisory Board for two years where he helped allocate ten million dollars in grants to communities and nonprofits nationwide. He also serves on the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation Alumni Advisory Board, which helps provide over 1 million dollars in merit scholarships to deserving students across the country each year.
Justin has a Bachelor’s dual-degree in Government & Legal Studies and Education from Bowdoin College.
