As the Director of the Inner City Capital Connections program, Hyacinth Vassell is responsible for the development of the program’s scope, strategy and content. She is also responsible for building coalition in local markets with civic, not for profit and corporate stakeholders. Hyacinth oversees the ICIC CEO Series at ICIC which provides online cutting-edge content for CEOs across the US.
Prior to ICIC, Hyacinth worked as a senior consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Arthur Andersen. She has led a diverse project portfolio such as re-engineering, process improvement, and change management. She has worked in the telecom, information technology, health care, entertainment, hospitality, industrial and consumer products and banking industry. She has worked with clients such as AT&T, Fidelity, Caterpillar, Starwood Hotels and MGM Grand.
Hyacinth is also an entrepreneur. She was the CEO and Owner of French Studios and the Royal Solutions. Hyacinth was the past co-Chair at Roxbury Prep and served as an advisor on the Girl Scouts strategic initiative.
Hyacinth has a bachelor of science in Psychology from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is also a graduate of the Next Generation Executive Program.
